**Saví does not perform color services on first time guests.  First time guests MUST book a styling service (silk press, natural style, or Saví Cut) prior to ANY chemical service being done.**

 

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your appointment time. A second confirmation text will be sent one day prior, and finally a reminder text an hour before your appointment. If you DO NOT confirm, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply (in most cases). Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, miss/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to the Saví Tresses Salon Team Members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes. You are allowed TWO cancelations before all remaining appointments are canceled and you will be required to pay half your service price up front before rebooking.

GUESTS:

If you need to bring someone to your appointment with you, please notify staff ahead of your scheduled appointment. For the safety and sanitation of our salon, we need to make sure there is adequate space to fit everyone in the suite as spacing is limited.

 

GRACE PERIOD POLICY:

It is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or service may have to be altered to fit remaining time. In the event you are running behind, please notify your stylist. Should you not let us know, your appointment may be canceled. 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS:

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not give a full 24 hour notice or do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you may be required to pay for half of your next service up front before rebooking.

 

 

REFUNDS:

If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have FIVE days to contact the salon to discuss your needs going forward. Corrections will be charged for product used NOT SERVICE BEING REDONE.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION OR DISHONESTY DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR SAVI TRESSES STUDIO.

**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE**

 

 

AFTER HOURS:

All appointment request before or after normal work hours will require a $55 after hours fee.
